Introducing CushCore, the first tire suspension system. In any suspension system, there is a spring and a damper, and with CushCore, the tire insert is the damper, and the pressurized air in the tire is the spring.

As with traditional suspension, a constant damping force would not be effective. It must be dynamic. On small bumps, the suspension should be supple, but firm on big hits.

The way CushCore responds depends on the loading scenario. It provides more damping the more the tire flexes.  We categorize the deflections into small, medium, and large.
